Requirement:

To ensure a smooth, safe, and spiritually fulfilling journey, all travelers are required to adhere to the following responsibilities:

A. Documentation Responsibilities

Ensure that your passport is valid for a minimum of 7 months from the date of departure and contains at least two blank pages.

Submit all required documents, including passport, PAN card, Aadhaar card, photographs, and vaccination certificates, within the stipulated deadlines.

Ensure complete accuracy of all personal details submitted. The company shall not be held liable for any errors, discrepancies, or delays not reported within the prescribed timelines.

B. Payment Responsibilities

Pay the advance amount and subsequent instalments strictly as per the payment schedule provided.

Complete 100% of the package payment at least two months prior to travel. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without any refund.

C. Conduct & Compliance

Comply with all laws, rules, and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at all times during the journey.

Respect group schedules, instructions from the tour leader, and all safety protocols implemented during travel.

Maintain discipline, patience, and cooperation during travel, hotel check-ins, ziyarah visits, and Hajj rituals.

Take full responsibility for your baggage, personal belongings, and travel documents at all times.

D. Health & Fitness

Ensure that you are medically fit to undertake Hajj and Umrah.

Carry all required personal medications and inform the group leader in advance of any existing medical conditions.

Any health-related issues, hospital visits, or emergency medical expenses incurred during the journey shall be borne entirely by the traveler.

E. Travel Behavior

Cooperate with fellow pilgrims and staff members to maintain a harmonious and comfortable group environment.

Adhere strictly to hotel, transport, and tent accommodation policies.

Ensure that all public behavior complies with local cultural, religious, and social norms.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or a registered WhatsApp message sent to our official contact numbers.

The INR 50,000 booking amount is strictly non-refundable, irrespective of the date of cancellation.

Cancellations made 45 days or more before departure will attract a charge of 25% of the total booking amount.

Cancellations made within 45 days of departure will attract a charge of 50% of the total booking amount.

No refund is applicable once the visa has been issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

The company reserves the right to cancel the booking if required documents, payments, or compliance requirements are not submitted within the stipulated timelines.

Airline tickets, hotel bookings, and government fees are governed by their respective cancellation policies. Any penalties or charges levied by these suppliers will be borne by the passenger.

Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed only through bank transfer to the same bank account used for the initial payment.

Refunds will be initiated within 30–45 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation request, subject to the processing timelines of airlines, hotels, and other service providers.

Government taxes, service fees, visa charges, insurance charges, and processing fees are strictly non-refundable.

Any refunds related to TCS (Tax Collected at Source) are governed by the policies of the Indian Income Tax Department and will be refunded directly by the tax authorities after the passenger completes their annual tax filing.

The final refund amount, if any, will be calculated after deducting applicable cancellation charges, supplier penalties, administrative fees, and all non-refundable components.
